Our Story
In 2018, Chef. Ashraf K. opened the doors of his Italian pizza shop in the heart of Oakland in Pittsburgh, PA, bringing a slice of Naples to the Steel City. Known for its authentic Neapolitan pizza, the shop quickly became a local favorite, delighting customers with its fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Unfortunately, Ash & Kris Pizza was forced to close after a year of service due to property use restrictions, ending a legacy that was yet to be built!
Four years later and Ashraf is now excited to announce the reopening of his beloved pizzeria in southern Pittsburgh, ready to up the same delicious pizzas that made it a community gem. Join us as we celebrate this new chapter and indulge in the rich flavors of Italy right here in Pittsburgh!
